Guidelines and Eligibility Statement
ELIGIBILITY
All candidates must be:
- Legal Georgia resident
- Sixteen years of age or older at the time of registration. A parent or legal guardian must sign-off and accompany all contestants under the age of eighteen. There will be no exceptions.
- Able to demonstrate that you are not under any contractual arrangement that would prohibit you from fully participating in the show and/or entering into any contracts required by Producers of Legends, including an exclusive management contract, recording contract, and/or merchandising contract.
Online Registration will begin on October 26, 2010 – November 11, 2010. To register online, please visit www.GeorgiaLegends.com. For those who wish to register in person or missed the online registration, meet us at La Quinta Inn Suites, 3944 River Place Drive, on November 13, 2010. Doors will open for registration at approximately 10am and close at 1pm. Arrive early because this will be your last chance to register for 2010 Georgia Legends auditions.
Registration Fees: due at the time of registration.
- Solo Artist registration fee is $50.
- Group registration fee is $100.
All major credit/debit cards, and cash accepted. Sorry we do not accept personal checks. All registration fees are non-refundable.

Types of Performances allowed for Audition Day:
A Cappella or Instrumental/ Performance Mix- (Performance Mixes can include ad libs and lead vocals turned down). Contestants performing with an instrumental/performance mix are required to supply their CD when they check-in on audition day.
What to expect on Audition Day:

Arrive early and be sure to eat breakfast and drink plenty of water. Light refreshments will be provided in the holding area for registered contestants.
Only Georgia Legend registered contestants will be allowed to check-in for auditions.
After you complete the check-in process you will be issued an audition number. Your audition number will allow you access to the holding room, where you will then wait for the judges to call your number to audition. Be prepared to perform a three to five minute track for the judges.
Judges are at liberty to determine the actual length of your audition as they see fit.
What you will need to bring:
- Valid Photo Identification.
- CD with your performance instrumental or performance mix, if applicable.
- All underage contestants are required to bring one parent/legal guardian. This must be the same person you listed on your registration form. Photo ID required.

All finalists choosen from the auditions, will have a chance to perform in-front of our celebrity judges for a chance to when 1 of the 3 coveted spots as Georgia Legends. Each finalists will be expected to promote themselves by selling a predetermined number of tickets for the Final Talent Showcase. Check back often for more updates to this section.
